Dr. Inga Fors

Dr. Inga Fors is the owner of Active Eyecare of Surprise and has been in private practice in Phoenix, Arizona since 2017. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, she earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry. Her clinical training included externships in Vision Therapy, Pediatrics, and Neuro-Rehab Optometry in Chandler, AZ, as well as an Ocular Disease and Primary Care externship at Malcolm Randall VA in Gainesville, FL.

Dr. Fors practices all aspects of optometry, with a particular passion for Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation. She specializes in treating patients with neurological conditions including stroke, aneurysm, Parkinson's disease, brain injury, and concussion, as well as children with behavioral and developmental disorders. Her full scope of care includes Primary Care, Vision Therapy, Pediatrics, Neuro-Rehab, Dry Eye Management, Ocular Disease, and Contact Lenses.
